Since the pandemic 2019, stress level increase more for worker mostly young generation and not only for worker, even young generation like alpha generation which is the youngest generation we know. After pandemic new life style started and more people felt overwhelmed about new life style, due the pandemic we can't meet lot of people because social distancing from this rule lot of people need do their daily activities with online and use more phone or gadgets, even though we succeed with online activities we can not deny that there huge gap between those lifestyle. And now after the pandemic we need fill the gap every single day and this is one of factor why people felt more stress after pandemic.
Yeah I asking the same question "How can I escape from my 9 to 5 stress?". We already know that do creative activities can reduce stress level like drawing, painting, writing, gardening, photography, crocheting and many more you can try as new hobby.
It is my first thought because there is lots of creative activities we can try but which suit me? because I don't have tons of free time to do reseach by myself. My sugession is try whatever in your first thought, like I did. I start crocheting when I was in arts and craft event in Indonesia. After pandemic end in my country there lots of arts and craft event markets here. And I see lots of people made amigurumi and I thought how they can made it. Well curiosity didn't kill the cat, so I start buy yarn and learn basic. Maybe you can start with painting or photography or other creative activities.
My first thought when I start my crocheting journal is I want to make big project, maybe cardigan or maybe a hat but I was forgot about start with small step. Many of us stop do something new when we think we want do a big project but forgot about the small step like the basic step and end up with overwhelming. So My suggestion for you star with small step and enjoy the mistakes.
